des Schmiedens

Iselfa steht für Kompetenz beim elektrischen Stauchen und Warmpressen von Stahl. Die Geschichte von Iselfa hat ihre Wurzeln in einer kleinen Werkstatt für das Schmieden und Verarbeiten von Eisen, die 1932 in Solbiate Arno (Va) von Cavaliere Ernesto Carabelli geboren wurde.

Im Laufe der Jahre konnte das Unternehmen sein Know-how konsolidieren, in neue Technologien investieren und ein Referenzpunkt in der Branche bleiben. Die bedeutenden Investitionen in Maschinen und Infrastrukturen haben zu einem völlig erneuerten Unternehmen geführt.

Ficep S30

The Ficep S30 saws are used for cold cutting of the material, from ø30mm to ø70mm.

Ficep Caddy 100

The Ficep Caddy 100 shear is used for cold cutting of ø50mm material up to ø110mm.

Types of material

100% of the material is cold cut with shears and saws.
The most used materials are:
- Carbon Steel (C45,SAE 1137,Ecc.)
- Alloy Steel (41CrS4,17NiCrMo6-4,40NiCrMo7,Ecc.)
- Microalloy Steel (27MnSiVS6,38MnSiVS6,Ecc.)

Material Warehouse

100% of the material is internally stored in sufficient quantity to guarantee 2 months of production.

Laser Scanning

A CAM2 Faro laser scanning measuring system is available for our technicians.

Workstation Auton Cam

Cad-Cam workstation for the creation of tool paths.
All the machines are connected wi-fi directly with the central server, so as to be able to speed up the loading of the programs.
